About Tom Wickham
First and foremost, I am a male college student under the pseudonym “Tom Wickham” who grew up in a small town called Paxton, Illinois. This town is not far away (around 40 miles) from where I currently go to school at, which is at Illinois State University. I grew up in Paxton all my life where I was very active in the sports community. I played school sports up until my senior year, where I went to Parkland then now ending up at ISU. I played almost every sport that was available in the small town, ranging from basketball, football, baseball, swimming, and dabbled in a bit of soccer when I was very young. Another sport that I have not actually played but watch frequently is hockey. With all that being said, this is what my blogging will be about, sports. Since I have been playing sports since I can remember, I think this would be the best thing to start writing about.

This will be a simple overview of
things happening weekly and what my thought is on these situations. Reading my blogs can help you gain a bit more
insight into the world of sports. Coming
from my experience from being in sports since I was around 5, I think I can give
adequate information of what I think is going on with the world of sport. Enjoy the ride.
About Tyler Kramer:
I am Tom's partner in this sports blog. I've loved sports from a young age as well participating in a wide-range of sports. I fell in love with sports having football as my favorite sport. Coming from the small town of Harvard, Illinois we were limited in our opportunities in our sports selection. We had the basic sports, but no luxurious sports like hockey or lacrosse. That being said I was still able to be involved in football, wrestling, track, baseball, and soccer while growing up. In high school I participated in football, wrestling, and track for all four years. Through my life of playing sports I also have found a passion in watching sports as well.
My number one team is the Green Bay Packers. Living around the Chicago area, this is not a very popular team to be a fan of. Along with the Packers I like some Chicago teams including the Black hawks, the Bulls, and for College I'm a fan of the Wisconsin Badgers. The reason I'm split between the Wisconsin and Illinois teams is because I live about 10 minutes from the border. I have a very unique perspective on the sports I will be blogging about and I hope you can appreciate the content I write!
